- Only products that are unmounted and unused can be considered for return or refund.
- Products must be in their original condition without any alterations, misuse, or damage.
- Fitment and Usage:
- Items that have been fitted on wheels or used, either on-road or off-road, are not eligible for return.
- Items should not have been tampered with or altered in any form.
- Purchase Location:
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our physical store.
Return Process
- Inspection:
- Items brought for return must undergo a physical inspection at our store premises.
- Acceptance of return and initiation of refund is subject to approval post-inspection.
- Timeline:
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the purchase date.
Charges
- Restocking and Processing:
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all approved returns.
- Any additional service fees incurred during purchase are non-refundable.
- Transport Costs:
- Customers are responsible for transporting the product back to our store.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover reasonable transport costs upon providing proof of expenditure.
Refund Process
